Cleaning Brush
The drum periodically cleans itself with a counter rotating, hydraulically tensioned cleaning brush.
Central Control Panel
The centrally located multifunctional display makes for easy operation, precise adjustments and readily accessible data.
Drum drive
The direct-drive drum ensures smooth and safe operation, and allows for quick, easy replacement.
SWING-OUT ENGINE
Get easy access to the engine and lubrication points for effortless maintenance and repair; water and oil coolers come with an additional dust-protection blanket.
LARGE ACCESS DOORS
Purposefully designed large access doors provide easy access to all critical components and functions of the machine.
QUICK-CHANGE DRUM
The patented, load-sensing material feed maximizes screening area, and allows for easy sizing changes in 15 minutes or less.
REMOTE CONTROL
Control all the functions of your trommel with a wireless remote, allowing the screening process to be run by a single operator.
REAR AND SIDE CONVEYOR
Overs are discharged by the rear conveyor; fines are discharged off a side conveyor. Optional magnetic head pulley or overband magnets can be added for ferrous metals separation.
