The Doppstadt® AK 565 high-speed grinder combines affordability and efficiency with performance and reliability. Built with the power and durability needed to handle a wide range of organic materials, the AK 565 is the perfect machine for operations that need to generate large volumes of high-quality, finished product. The AK 565 Plus is available with a larger discharge conveyor, ideal for feeding any other machine or creating a supersized stockpile.

Product Features
Hinged Radiator
The hinged radiator is easily accessible and includes an automatic reversing fan.
Feed Roll
A reversible feed roll ensures material is consistently and evenly fed to the grinding chamber.
Upswing Rotor
The large 2.5-ton rotor with easily replaceable tips grinds the material. Extra contaminant protection is provided by the free-swinging design.
One-Piece Sizing Screen
Mesh screens from 1″ – 16″ can be easily replaced in 10 minutes or less, allowing for quick product sizing changes.
Rear Conveyor
Material is discharged via rear conveyor. Add an optional magnetic pulley or overband magnet to remove ferrous metals.
Large Access Doors
Large maintenance doors provide easy access to all critical components and functions of the machine.
Scraper Floor
The patented, load-sensing scraper floor ensures material is evenly and consistently delivered to the feed roll.
Remote Control
All machine functions can be controlled by a wheel-loader operator using the optional 16-channel remote control.
