A30 Compost Turner
High-Performing. Affordable. Practical.
Compact Turner. Serious Performance.
If a pull-behind attachment or loader bucket is slowing you down, the BACKHUS® A30 is the upgrade your operation needs. Priced accessibly for smaller operations, the A30 delivers the performance and build quality associated with the larger BACKHUS lineup on a compact, easy-to-manage chassis.
Small and light enough to transport on a standard car trailer, the diesel-powered, self-propelled A30 turns windrows up to 10 feet wide and 4 feet tall and processes over 900 cubic yards per hour. It is straightforward to operate and equally simple to maintain, making it a practical choice for growers, small municipalities, and farm-based composters looking to move beyond manual methods.
Toe-to-toe windrow placement, robust construction, and the full-featured design you expect from BACKHUS come standard. The A30 makes professional-grade composting accessible without compromise.
