The AK 315 may be the smallest Doppstadt® high-speed grinder, but it easily handles most tasks. This compact mobile machine can manage a wide variety of applications and provides maximum flexibility. With its upgraded electrical system, hydraulic belt-tightener, more powerful main drive, and modular design, the AK 315 high-speed grinder is highly customizable to fit your operation.

Product Features
Hinged Radiator
The hinged radiator is easily accessible and includes an automatic reversing fan.
Feed Roll
A reversible feed roll ensures material is consistently and evenly fed to the grinding chamber.
Upswing Rotor
The large 2.5-ton rotor with easily replaceable tips grinds the material. Extra contaminant protection is provided by the free-swinging design.
One-Piece Sizing Screen
Mesh screens from 1″ – 16″ can be easily replaced in 10 minutes or less, allowing for quick product sizing changes.
Rear Conveyor
Material is discharged via rear conveyor. Add an optional magnetic pulley or overband magnet to remove ferrous metals.
Large Access Doors
Large maintenance doors provide easy access to all critical components and functions of the machine.
Scraper Floor
The patented, load-sensing scraper floor ensures material is evenly and consistently delivered to the feed roll.
Remote Control
All machine functions can be controlled by a wheel-loader operator using the optional 16-channel remote control.
