Reclaim, Recycle, and Repave.
Asphalt is a highly sustainable product. It can be recycled and used over and over, and when included in new construction projects, decreases our dependence on virgin natural resources.
Data from the National Asphalt Pavement Association shows that around 100 million tons of asphalt is reclaimed annually and roughly 95% is reused in road and highway paving, saving taxpayers billions of dollars each year. But to recycle asphalt, the right equipment is needed.
Ecoverse®️ offers asphalt recycling equipment to transform reclaimed asphalt into new pavement. A jaw crusher breaks asphalt down into more manageable pieces, then an impact crusher reduces its size even further. Finally, a scalping screen or trommel screen separates and sorts these smaller pieces by size. Then your material is ready to be transported to an asphalt plant to be turned into new driveways, streets, bike and walking paths, or parking lots.
