Engineered specifically for material depackaging and organic separation, the innovative Tiger Depackaging System combines the action of a shredder, screen and extrusion auger all in one piece of equipment. There is simply nothing else like it.

After materials (wet or dry) are loaded into the hopper, the unique action of the Tiger Depackaging System separates the organic fraction from the inorganic packaging. This produces contaminant-free organics and clean, dry inorganics. The consistency of the resulting organics discharged material can be either solid or liquid depending on desired needs.

No pretreatment or material prep needed. Just turn it on, load it up, and have it process product to generate more revenue from your source material.



Dry Discharge System

This system includes an organic hopper (with flow agitation auger) and auger system for the discharge of solid material (high total solids).

Low Profile Model

Get the Tiger sized to fit the space requirements of your operation with the low profile model HS-5 or HS-10.

Wet Discharge System

This system includes an organic discharge hopper (with flow agitation auger) and pump for liquid discharge (low total solids). Complete hardware and software integration with the Tiger is also included.

Packaging (Inorganic) Discharge System

This auger system extracts clean, dry packaging (inorganic) material that does not require secondary processing or handling for recycling or repurposing.

Control Panel

Easily manage the complete operation of the Tiger Depack with simple buttons and touch screen controls (remote control available).

Large Hopper

The large hopper allows source material to be fed easily by wheel loader, grapple, or conveyor.
