Ecoverse Solidifies Market-Leading Position as Part of Alta Equipment Group
Avon, Ohio – October 18, 2012 – Ecoverse Industries Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Michigan-based Alta Equipment Group, anticipating closing before the end of 2022. This transaction provides Ecoverse with access to Alta’s substantial resources while keeping their existing brand, sales and management structure fully intact.
