AVON, OH | Ecoverse has again bolstered their product diversity by adding a new product line to their portfolio: Menart tow-behind turners.
Headquartered in Dour, Belgium, Menart was founded in 1961 and has been a standard in Europe for decades. Ecoverse will be offering their SP Series of tow-behind turners, which include the SP-30, SP-40, SP-50 and the SP-60, with all aftersales support for North American customers handled directly by Ecoverse.
“We are delighted to be able to partner with Menart for North America and bring in such a well-designed, efficient, and practical product to further service our core customers who produce compost,” said Ecoverse president Hugh Fagan. “The technology and features engineered into the Menart SP Turner represents a giant step forward in the tow-behind turner sector.”
The SP Series turners have been around for 30 years and are known for their ability to work many applications, including green waste, dairy manure, wastewater biosolids, sugar cane, palm oil, winery waste and more. These turners can process windrows up to 8’ 6” high and 21’ wide.
It is noteworthy that all models are self-powered from an ancillary hydraulic system and do not require a Creeper Gear or IVT transmission on the tractor.
Models are steered by a joystick and are controlled by a touchscreen, which also records data such as production time, hours worked, windrow details, traveled routes, and more. Safety features include a radial torque limiter (which protects both tractor and turner) and a front rubber safety curtain.
Transporting the SP Series machines is simple, as they easily fold into transport mode (hydraulically actuated and controlled by a touch screen) and are all-terrain vehicles.
Ecoverse will be debuting the Menart SP-50 LIVE during COMPOST2023 in Ontario, California on Jan. 27 (COMPOST2023 runs from Jan. 24-27). For more information on Menart machines or Demo Day, please call 440-937-3225 or email sales@ecoverse.net.
