AVON, Ohio | Ecoverse and ALTA Equipment Company have agreed to a partnership that makes ALTA the distributor for Ecoverse in Ohio, effective immediately.
The partnership makes Ohio the third state covered by ALTA Equipment Company, with Michigan and Florida being the other two. Parts and service will be handled by ALTA for Ohio customers moving forward.
Establishing ALTA Equipment Company as the Ohio distributor was an easy decision, said Sean Donaghy of Ecoverse.
“We are looking forward to getting on the road with Alta Equipment Company in Ohio and growing our market share. Alta made total sense for us as they are well established and are known for their first-class customer service and support,” said Donaghy.
For ALTA, the partnership continues a relationship between the two companies that has grown in recent years and offers them a unique product line, according to ALTA president Gianni Campo.
