Cardinal Partnership
AVON, Ohio | Ecoverse Industries is pleased to announce that they have partnered with Cardinal Equipment as the sole distributor for the full line of Ecoverse equipment in Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.
The partnership is effective immediately, and Cardinal will be responsible for all sales, rentals, parts, and service. Ecoverse President Hugh Fagan said this is a great strategic move for Ecoverse and its brands.
“We have always had a strong presence in Quebec and have some great existing customers there and through the Atlantic Provinces. With the continued national focus on recycling, composting and landfill avoidance, we are excited to utilize Cardinal’s knowledge and market presence to continue to grow that footprint.”
Cardinal President Pascal Labranche expressed enthusiasm for the new partnership, citing Cardinal’s industry experience and regional knowledge.
“Cardinal has over 40 years of experience in equipment distribution and after-sales service with well-established infrastructures in this territory,” said Labranche.
The decision to partner with Ecoverse was based on the quality of Ecoverse products and shared company values, said Vice President Karie Berneche, who added that Ecoverse has kept its “human dimension.”
“Representing a company that shares our values and vision is something we place a lot of importance on,” Berneche said. “In a very competitive world, the ultimate way to stand out lies in the way we treat our customers once the sale is concluded and the equipment is delivered. Cardinal, headquartered in Angliers, Quebec, has five locations from which they support their customer base. Founded in 1980, they design, manufacture, and distribute equipment under the Sawquip Brand and are the authorized dealers of the brands Boxer, and BM&M in their coverage area.
Ecoverse, based in Avon, Ohio, is the sole supplier for Doppstadt Shredders, Grinders and Trommels, Backhus Compost Turners, Backers Star Screen, the EcoSift Density range, EcoStack Conveyors, Tiger Depack, and others in their extensive environmental recycling equipment offering.
