Ecoverse offers turnkey food waste solutions to the North American marketplace. “We’re selling a solution to the problem, not just components,” says Bill Kish, head of food waste operations at Ecoverse. From design and permitting to connecting customers with food waste generators and assisting in funding their operation, Ecoverse is responding to the dramatically changing market that includes but is not limited to composters and anaerobic digesters.
Ecoverse offers the Tiger depackager and the components to customize it for any food waste application a customer needs. Along with the Tiger, Ecoverse offers the Doppstadt BioPress, which can be customized for a specific application and can handle commingled food and yard waste.
Kish presented at BioCycleWEST16 in San Diego on April 7th covering the preparation of feed stocks for composting and anaerobic digestion and methods to overcome contamination.
